He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin K. Pratt and Martha Pratt (Taylor); and his brother Edwin K. Pratt, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Roxanna L. Adams, Donna Pratt-Raine (Bruce) and David E. Pratt (Susan); his siblings, William M. Pratt and Linda E. Ruscio; his grandchildren, Thomas Pratt, Elizabeth and Robert Raine; his siblings, Robert E. Pratt, David T. Pratt and Carolyn E. Dalton; and also Mary Ellen Pratt.
