He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Samantha Rotella (Charpentier); his parents, William E. Rotella and Catherine Rotella (Donahue); his son Jacob David Rotella; his stepchild Christian Michael Karasuk; his brother Edward Lewis "Ed" Rotella (Angela) of East Providence; and his nieces, Stella Mary and Carla Rose Rotella. He was also cherished by extended family members and friends.
As a lifelong animal lover, in lieu of flowers, donations made to any animal shelter in David's memory would be appreciated.
