He was predeceased by: his parents, William Furney Sr. and Mary Furney (Baldinelli); and his siblings, Robert J. Furney, Jean Furney-Fagundes and James A. Furney.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Leffler; his children, Lisa Furney-Brehmer, William W. Furney III (Katie) and Kimberly Furney-Williams (Michael); the mother of his children Donna Furney Di-Orio; his grandchildren, Zackery, Nichole, Samantha, Will, Jake, Tyler and Caleb; and his brother Thomas E. Furney.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889).
