He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Herbert and Laura Belle Sisney (Vandever); and his sister Barbara Yaw. He is survived by: his children, William J. Sisney of West Warwick, Leo W. Sisney (Lucy) of Warwick, Mark K. Sisney of Georgia, Paul E. Sisney of Providence and Susan M. Anderson (Mark) of Hope; and his sister Mary Sue Sisney. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
