He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald W. O'Brien and Elizabeth O'Brien; and his daughter Rebecca. He is survived by: his children, Bill Jr. (Brenda) of Scituate and Amy Holmes (Eric) of Oklahoma; and his brothers, Steven (Wendy) of Warwick, Raymond, Timothy (Anne Marie) of Cranston and Martin of Bradenton Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
