He was predeceased by: his father John M. Coogan. He is survived by: his mother Loretta A. Coogan (Duggan); his brother John M. "Mick" Coogan of Swansea, MA.; his nieces, Nicole M. Coogan (Nicholas Durant) and Caitlin A. Hoffman (Jonathan); his great-nephew Jack Hoffman of New Bedford, MA.; his uncle Matthew Manion; and his aunt Margaret M. "Peggy" Coogan.
