He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren M. Folsom and Navie Folsom (Hart); and his sisters, Helen Folsom and Lucille Waters. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Folsom (Malone); his children, Thomas C. Folsom, Jr. (Bobbie), Marcine M. Folsom and Grampa' of Matthew; his great grandchild Ethan C. Folsom; his siblings-in-law, Mike and Lynn Dixon; and his friend Donald Lucas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889).
