Dowdel (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Lexington Park, Maryland, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Rectenwald (Brown); her daughter Tara D. Capobianco (Kyle); her grandchild Madison P. Capobianco; and her siblings, Jack S. Rectenwald, Joyce E. Pacheco, Marcia A. Carroll and Carol J. Feeley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
