He was predeceased by: his parent Halley Smith; and his brother Charles Smith. He is survived by: his wife Hayley Garcia; his parent Beverly Smith (Bennett); his siblings, Gail Pike, Charlena Smith, Deborah Dunphy, Kerry Smith, Michael Smith, Halley Smith and Justin Smith; and his former wife Lisa Vizzacco.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Riverpoint Advent Christian Church (1107 Main St, West Warwick, RI 02893).
