With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen D. Chaffee of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 24, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chaffee and Marion Chaffee (Fitzsimmons). He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Paolino (David) and Stephen Chaffee II (Sarah); his grandchildren, Samuel, Ava, Jaelyn, Brianna and Aidan; and his siblings, Jae, Claudia, Susan, Janet and Shawn Chaffee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He often used his love of the game to keep score cards for various leagues and charity tournaments.
