She is survived by: her husband William Balcom; her sons, Dwayne Balcom of Warwick, RI and Scott Balcom of Griswold, CT.; her grandchildren, Daniel Balcom, Ryan Balcom and Brandon Balcom; and her siblings, Shirley Herbert of Boyce, LA and Nicholas Woodroof of Providence, RI.. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
