He was predeceased by: his father Francis X. Kelley; and his sister Patricia A. Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Lucy P. Kelley (Brennan) of Johnston; his son Luke P. Kelley; his sister Mary F. Kelley; and his aunt Eileen Kevane.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 8:45 AM at the Prata-Gallogly Funeral Home (78 Providence St, West Warwick, RI 02893). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (1804 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02919). A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
