He was predeceased by: his spouse Fleurette Mulvey (Peltier); and his parents, William J. Mulvey and Emma Mulvey (Waterman). He is survived by: his children, Linda Harter, Karen Mulvey, Michael Mulvey, Robert Mulvey, Cheryl Irons and James Mulvey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
