Ferruolo, Jr. (Meliza), Mathew P. Ferruolo (Tonya) and Heather J. Forgetta (Matthew); his grandchildren, Robert, Kayla, Jonathan, Madison, Olivia, Michael, James, Zachary, Steven, Amilyan and Alex; and his siblings, Robbin J. DiBiase and Lisa J. Roberti.
