Chaves (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chaves and Madeline Chaves (Picozzi). He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Chaves (Moreau); his child Amanada C. Logan (Johnathan); his grandchildren, Nathanael, Xander and Ashlyn; and his siblings, Joseph Chaves (Paula), Francis Chaves (Valerie) and Sharon Ricci (Paul). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
