She was predeceased by: her parents, William McLaughlin and Kathleen McLaughlin (McDonough). She is survived by: her children, Dr. Christopher Baker and Ashley Plummer (Technical Sergeant Ryan); her siblings, Steven McLaughlin and Donna McLaughlin; and her grandchildren, Oliver Plummer and Cara Baker.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor may be made to St. Jude's. A private burial will take place in Pawtuxet Memorial Park.
