It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard J. Picard Jr. of Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 19, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Sr. Picard and Dorothea B. Picard (Sprague). He is survived by: his sister Linda Nolin (Bert); his nephews, James and Shawn Nolin; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brenna, Ethan and Cailib. He is also survived by friends, especially his two nephews and their children.
