With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard P. Newbury (Warwick, Rhode Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 4, 2025 at the age of 87. As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Newbury (Martin); and his parents, Wilbert D. Newbury and Hope Newbury (Beliviau). He is survived by: his daughter Jodi Leduc; his son-in-law John Leduc; his son Rick; and his grandchildren, Emmalie, Collin and Kya.
