We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2022, Richard A. Leach of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine A. Leach (Hartell); his parents, Arthur W. Leach and Vera L. Leach (Duprey); and his sister Sandra Mathewson. He is survived by: his close friend Diane L. O'Brien (Horton); his children, Kimberly A. Fagundes of Warwick and Jason R. Leach of Pacific Grove, CA; his sisters, Audrey Bennet of Blue Ridge, GA and Patricia Laracca of Miami, FL; his grandchildren, Jessica, McKenna, Zachery, Nate, Ana and Xavier; and his siblings, Donna Gare and Dale Gardner.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Beacon Hospice, 1130 Ten Rod Road, Suite A-205, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
