He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip E. Steiner and Beatrice Steiner (Jacobellis). He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Steiner (Quinlan); his children, Casework Supervisor, Youth, Zoe R. McGrath (Andrew) of West Greenwich and Todd J. Steiner of Providence; his sisters, Nancy Gizzarelli (Gilbert), Barbara Bekier (Chester) and Jane Steiner; and his grandchildren, Emerson Grace and Jack Henry. He is also survived by extended family, cousins, nieces and nephews.
