She was predeceased by: her husband Santo A. Furfari; her parents, Clement LaCoste and Lucille LaCoste (Hufault); and her daughter Laura Furfari. She is survived by: her children, Paula Tassoni (Michael) of Warwick, Lisa Lasorsa (Guy) of Coventry, Donna Scally (Keith) of Warwick, Janice Butts (George) of West Warwick, Peter Furfari (Heather) of Wrentham, Mass. and Christopher Furfari of Warwick; her brother Dr. Clement Lacoste (Joan) of Quincy, Mass.; and her sister-in-law Grace Serratore (Furfari) of Reading, Mass.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hill Funeral Home (822 Main St, East Greenwich, RI 02818). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Church (65 3rd St, East Greenwich, RI 02818).
