It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick J. Gallagher (Warwick, Rhode Island), born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Gallagher and Eleanor Ottaviano (Devine); and his brother Edward Shaun Gallagher. He is survived by: his children, Ryan P. Gallagher and Jamie M. Frieden; his siblings, Daniel Gallagher, Kelly Izzo, Tracey Pecchia and Cathy Jackson; and his significant other Kathleen O'Mara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, 199 Water Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10038, would be appreciated.
