He was predeceased by: his parents, Francescopaolo Castagliuolo and Concetta Castagliuolo (Coppa). He is survived by: his wife Anna (Pascatore); and his siblings, Concetta Mancuso and Forio D'Ischia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
