He was predeceased by: his wife Concetta Maggiacomo (Guida); his parents, Vespasiano Maggiacomo and Andriana Maggiacomo (DeSimone); his brother Pasquale Maggiacomo; and his nephew Carlo Maggiacomo.
He is survived by: his children, Mark L. Maggiacomo of Warwick, Paula L. Ferla (late Alan) of Warwick and Luisa A. Casale (Frank) of Warwick; his brothers, Carlo Maggiacomo of Cranston and Giuliano Maggiacomo of Saunderstown; his grandchildren, Carissa Ferla, Alan Ferla (Megan), Marcus Maggiacomo, Corey Casale, Jaclyn Maggiacomo and Brett Casale; his great grandchildren, Xavier Preuit and Dominic Ferla; his sister Maria D'Amico (Maggiacomo); and his niece Joanne Maggiacomo. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and special friends.
