He is survived by: his children, Ryan Messier (Angela Messier), Eric Messier and Brett Messier; his former wives, Mary-Ellen Goulet and Lorraine Messier; his grandchildren, Mary Kate and James Messier; his fiancée Diane Simmons of Warwick, RI; and his cousin Lynn Blake of Attleboro. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
