He was predeceased by: his father Martin Bartley. He is survived by: his mother Maureen Fitch; his sister Susan Tolbert (Chip); his nieces, Katelyn Tolbert and Megan Wesley (Anthony); his nephew Matt Tolbert; and his great-niece Audree Wesley. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew.
