With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Meghan Catherine O'Brien (Warwick, Rhode Island), who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Daniel O'Brien; and her granddaughter Mary W. Terry. She is survived by: her parents, James O'Brien, Jr. and Erin A. Marsella (Terry); her sons, James O'Brien and Jaxson DaCosta; her boyfriend Steven Delmonico; her sibling Ryan Marsella; her stepbrother Gregory Marsella; and her grandsons, James O'Brien, Sr. and Edwin Terry. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
