It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Ridgewell of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Houlton and Esther Houlton (Moore); and her brother Peter Houlton. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Ridgewell, Jr.; her children, Robert W. Ridgewell, III of Bethany Beach, DE, Steven J. Ridgewell of Paxton, MA and Lynn E. Eaton of Warwick; her grandchildren, Robert, Ryan, Jessica, Janelle, Caroline, Cameron, Colin Ridgewell, Jack, Leah Eaton and Angelina McNeal; and her siblings, Bernard Houlton, Constance Fournier and Leah Houlton.
Friends may visit at the church, prior to the Mass, from 9:00 to 9:45 a. m. (Facial coverings and social distancing will be required.) Due to COVID-19 restrictions, her burial in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket, will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
