She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallagher and Mary Irene Gallagher (Lawton); and her husband Anthony "Tony" Montuori. She is survived by: her siblings, Genevieve Agnew (Frank), Margaret Sauro (Louis), Helen Martin (Bart) and Anthony "Sonny" Gallagher; her children, Jeanne (Don Lessard), Karen (David Cascioli), Susan (Benjamin Algeo), Nancy (Paul Rusiloski) and Anthony (Terry Montuori) of Meriden, CT.; and her grandchildren, Zachary Rusiloski, Annelise Montuori and Siena Algeo. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM at the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home (1328 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02888). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (350 Fair St, Warwick, RI 02888). A committal service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Ann Cemetery (72 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Peter School, 120 Mayfair Road, Warwick, RI 02888.
