Holm; her sisters, Barbara Mills and Cynthia Ward (Fred); her nieces and nephews, Cheri Plante (Chris), Kayla Lazzareschi, Laina Erazo, Shane Mills, Brandon Ward (David) and Nathan Plante; her sons, John Holm (Linda) and Mike Holm; her grandchildren, Jacob Holm (Ashley), Dillon Holm (Kayla), Hailey and Madison Holm; and her great grandchild Jase Holm.
