Neves; her grandchildren, Joseph, Nikki-Lee, Michael, Bryan and Brent; her great grandchildren, Taylor and Lacy; and her siblings, Edmund Whittaker, Patricia Elliott, Linda Pettis, James Whittaker, Cynthia Maestas, Karen Whittaker-Oliver, Milton Whittaker III and Sandra Fowler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
