She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Cook; her parents, Gennaro D'Ambra and Margaret M. D'Ambra (Mulligan); her daughter Paula J. Cook; and her brother Vito D'Ambra.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Robert A Cook III and Joseph W. Long; her siblings-in-law, Norma Cook, Phyllis D'Ambra and Richard Higgins; and her siblings, Gennaro D'Ambra, Concetta Cabral, Americo D'Ambra, Rosanne Higgins and Florence D'Ambra. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38148 will be appreciated.
