Ragan of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Taylors, South Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert S. Ragan and Blanche M. Ragan (Emmett); and his brother Donald Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Ragan (Phillips); his pet Stanley Ragan; and his siblings, Rebecca "Becky" Ragan Peterson, Richard Ragan, Billy Ragan, Sr., Truman Ragan and Sandra "Kay" Ragan Holsenbeck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
