He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton I. Mallette and Dorothy A. Pommenville (Mills); his daughter Pamela A. Salzillo; his son-in-law Richard W. Salzillo; and his sister Carol Authelet.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel A. Mallette (Kennedy); his sons, Kenneth M. Mallette, Jr. (Tammy), Joseph P. Mallette (Mui), Michael D. Mallette (Paula), Arthur W. Mallette (Patricia) and Donald H. Mallette; and his daughter-in-law Lori B. Blair. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
