With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Butterfield of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Butterfield, Jr.; and her parents, Robert Proctor and Marie Proctor (Gerberville). She is survived by: her children, Kim Butterfield of Warwick, RI, Christopher Cozza of Coventry, RI, Lisa Butterfield of Simsbury, CT, Lori Butterfield of Washington, D. C., Steven Butterfield of Lafayette and Bruce Butterfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
