He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Joseph B. Lawson and Helen Lawson (Gaither); and his child Jacque Lawson. He is survived by: his grandson Joseph; his children, Jason Lawson and Josette Lamont; his grandchildren, Shanelle, Kaprece, Maleke, Quincey and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Alyeska and Eden; and his sister Jacqueline Devonish.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Iannotti Funeral Home (415 Washington St, Coventry, RI 02816).
