He is survived by: his wife Elaine A. Laquale (Massa); his sons, Joseph V. Laquale, John D. Laquale (Trish) and David M. Laquale (Lisa Donovan); his grandchildren, Joe' of David, Alessandro V. Laquale, Claudio L. Laquale and Mariana S. Laquale; and his sisters-in-law, Franca and Giuseppina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-9959, will be appreciated.
