He was predeceased by: his parents, James Minogue and Elizabeth Minogue; and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Pamela M. Macktaz; his brother William Minogue; his children, Timothy Minogue (Heike), AJ Minogue (Jennifer), Joshua Macktaz (Allison) and Bethany Macktaz (David Molloy Jr.); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Julia, Devin, Aiden, Gwyn, Archer and Hunter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
