He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Fahey and Eileen T. Fahey (Garvey); and his sister Ellen T. Paquet. He is survived by: his nephews, John J. Paquet, Jr. of West Warwick, Eric M. Paquet of Coventry and Owen M. Paquet of Warwick; and his niece Vanessa E. Strain of Warwick. He is also survived by nine grandnieces and grandnephews.
