Joan Mary Merolla Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Mary Merolla of Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph George and Julia George. She is survived by: her husband Carmino A Merolla; her children, Lori Ann Reid, Michael Merolla and Myrna Messier; her son-in-law Marc Messier; her granddaughter Brook Zambarano (Christopher Zambarano); her great grandchildren, Karmella and Carmino; her grandson Brandon Reid (Cassie Reid); her great grandchildren, Oliver, Vivienne and Jameson; her granddaughter Breanna Kirby (Osei Kirby); her great grandchildren, Violet, Clover and Osei Jr. "TuTu"; her grandson Baker Messier (Kelli Messier); her sisters, Jeanette Sylvia, Francis Gilchrist and Norma Howard; her grandson Rees Messier; and also Oaklynn Rees.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (600 Pontiac Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
