He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank H. Stern and Levia Stern (Ramaglia); and his brother James Stern. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn H. Stern (Hamm); his sons, Jerry T. Stern, Jr. (Cheryl) and Michael S. Stern; his brothers, Frank H. Stern, Jr. and Robert Stern; his grandchildren, Marissa A. Stern, Quinn Stern and Hannah F. Stern; and his sisters, Constance Xavier and Irene Lambert. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
