He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren T. Woodbine and Isabelle R. Woodbine (Wheeler); and his brother Frederick D. Woodbine. He is survived by: his wife Paula I. Woodbine (Ferbert); his children, Trina M. Woodbine, Jamie A. Woodbine and Jeffrey A. Woodbine Jr.; his grandchildren, Riley Jean and Daniel Shawn; and his siblings, Thomas L. Woodbine, Jane L. Barth, Linda S. Candelmo, James D. Woodbine, Anne M. Serpa, Sandra L. Stockford, Robert J. Woodbine and Joan Woodbine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
