Kolarik of Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John J. Kolarik; her parents, Arnold and Rita M. Aiello (Mallette); her children, Jeffrey J. Kolarik (Shirley) and Julie A. Mixner (James) of Warwick; and her grandchildren, Jessica Mixner, Jenna Mixner, John Mixner, Janelle Mixner, Victoria Salisbury (George), Michael Teyvaw (Erica), Katherine Tierney and John Tevyaw. She was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to St. Mark's Church.
