He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra J. Hartley (Neuschuez); his parents, Walter Hartley and Jane V. Hartley (McGrath); and his sibling Shirley Hart. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Turner (Eric), James F. Hartley, Jr. (Heidi) and Wendy Marot (Timothy); his grandchildren, Dylan Turner (Gabriella), Kolby (Savita), Keegan Turner, Connor Marot and Cody Marot; and his siblings, Beverly Brulotte and Emily Owens.
