He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Burns and Lillian Burns (Hackett); and his sister Dorothy Thienpont. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burns (Anatone); his daughter Barbara M. DeMaio (Anthony J.) of Warwick; his granddaughter Crystal M. Annear (Jonathan); his great grandchild Arthur James Annear; and his sister Ruth Grace.
