He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Bowen. He is survived by: his mother Louise Bowen (Youskievicz); and his siblings, Thomas F. Bowen, Beverly Bowen, Mary O'Donnell (Timothy) and Rebecca Peckham (John). He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
