He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Plouffe and Helen Plouffe; his siblings, Janet Allard, Anita Ringette and Albert Plouffe; his nephews, Roger Allard and James Maguire; and his niece Stephanie Kohler.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Grogan); his children, Steven (Alicia), John (Elissa) and Megan Witten (Dominique); his grandchildren, Anthony, Christian, Christopher, Roberto and Dominique; and his siblings, Robert Plouffe and Carol O'Brien. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home (331 Smith St, Providence, RI 02908). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (179 Academy Ave, Providence, RI 02908).
