She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond W. Dusseault, Jr.; her parents, William H. Chase and Delia Chase (Skerrett); and her brother John Chase. She is survived by: her children, Raymond W. Dusseault, III of North Kingstown, Donna I. Amato of North Smithfield and Craig S. Dusseault, Sr. of Pascoag; and her siblings, Mary Chase, Edward Chase, Anne Kelly, William Chase, Frederick Chase and Barbara Benoit. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that Helen be remembered with a spiritual bouquet.
