He was predeceased by: his wife Rita A. Day (Brazenor); his parents, Harry A. Day, and Bessie Day, Sr. (Waterman); his son John Day; and his siblings, Eleanor Miller, Marion Decosta, Alice Lama, Gladys Cilibarto, Bessie Williams, Charles Day and Shirley Day.
He is survived by: his children, Mabel R. Davis, Harry A. Day III, Gerald S. Day, Rita A. Lamoureux, Kylie Pontes and Theresa R. Zielinski. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas and Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel (2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI 02889).
