He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia R. Rosa (Dorsey); his parents, Frank G. and Mary Rosa, Sr. (Rourk); his daughter-in-law Noreen Rosa (Kerrigan); his grandchildren, Frank M. Rosa Jr., Thomas J. Rosa, James D. Rosa, Petty Officer 3rd, Class Michael E and Kathryn LaFrance; his great grandchildren, Lily and Hayden; and his sister Gloria Isadoro.
